Calculate your timing Ppromootion

When do you mail out your ads or list mailings? Do you ever even
think about it? If not, you could be losing a lot of money. Why? Well,
I've been doing marketing for a long time and one of the things I've
studied is the time that you send out your promotions. Believe it or
not, it matters. In this article, I'm going to share with you the
absolute best time to email your prospects, whether it be to your list
or a solo email ad that you purchase from an ezine owner. I have no
doubt that what I am about to reveal is going to be a real eye opener.

Do
you ever check your stats to see what time the sale actually comes in?
If you don't, you should. And, once you do, you will find that the
majority of your sales will come in during the hours of 8 to 9 AM and 8
to 9 PM. Why is this? Well, it has to do with the market itself. See,
the majority of the people who do business online, believe it or not,
come from the East Coast of the United States. So what does this have
to do with time? During the hours of 8 and 9 AM, the people in this
time zone are just about getting to work. What's the first thing that
people do when they get to work? They check their email. So what's the
best time for you to be sending out your promotional campaign? You got
it, between 8 and 9 AM. This way, your ad will land in the email box
just as they are beginning to check it.

What about the 8 to 9 PM
hour? Well, during this time, people have come home from a hard day at
the office, they've had dinner, some time to relax, and once again,
they go to check their email if they hadn't already done so in the
morning, especially if they work at a place that doesn't have Internet
access. Believe it or not, they do exist. And let's not forget the
truck drivers. I don't think they have Internet access on their 18
wheelers. Anyway, can you see where all this is going? The times that
you email your prospect really DO matter, more than you think.

So
how can we take advantage of this information? Easy! For starters, make
sure you email your lists and any solo ads during these times. If you
don't have control over when the solo ads go out, put in a special
request to the owner of the ezine to please do this favor for you and
mail out during one of those two times. Your lists are another matter.
You can email them at any time. I suggest between the times that I have
given you.

Most people don't give it a second thought, but the time that you email DOES make a difference.

To YOUR Success,

Email Marketing Software List

Email marketing, with its ever-growing complexity and
infrastructure, requires perfectly suited software. The right software
yields maximum harvest from your email marketing strategy. It also
broadens the marketer’s bandwidth.

There are many types of email
marketing software that are designed to handle bulk email. As emails
are the least responded forms of communication, bulk mailing is needed
most of the time. Bulk email marketing is certainly one of the most
cost-effective strategies on the Internet as the cost of a single email
is minimal. Some software programs are shareware that do not require an
initial investment at all. Even though these shareware programs
generally don’t have many value-added features that come with paid
software packages, for a small email marketing campaign they are more
than enough.

For an effective management of an email marketing
campaign, the email marketing software packages must have some basic
features such as templates, a tracking system and list management
capabilities. A good software package handles both plain text and HTML
messages. A tracking feature is essential to find out whether the
marketing messages draw results. Most standard email software tells you
whether or not email messages sent to the clientele are being read.
This results in better management of an email marketing campaign.
Another essential feature of the email marketing software is its
ability to manipulate mailing lists.

Before buying software for
email marketing, look at the various features of the software, as well
as its cost. Another point to be considered is the compatibility of the
software with the hardware you are using.

Exploring the way for using email marketing software

You want your email marketing campaign to be successful. Email
marketing software will only get you so far. It will streamline your
business processes and perhaps attract new clients. You have to
maximize your marketing campaign however in order to ensure your email
marketing software is put to good use. How do you do this?

Here are some steps you can follow to maximize your email marketing software campaign.

1.
Set measurable goals for yourself. This is the first step of any
marketing campaign process. You should think about the goals and
objectives you want to accomplish so you have some tangible level of
success you can measure as you continue your email campaign. You should
also develop certain tactics and strategies that will help you realize
these goals.

2. Pay attention to non-responders. Most online
business owners tend to target people who open, click and buy. There is
however an even larger group of non-responders that you can nudge into
paying customers. You should ensure that your emails are being
delivered, then either change your message or phase out non responders
to ensure you are targeting people that will become paying customers
and not wasting your time.

3. Confirm and then re-confirm email
addresses. You should come up with a system for reconfirming your
regular subscribers email addresses over time so you don’t lose anyone.

4.
Automate Your Programs and Routines. To optimize your email marketing
software efforts you should automate processes including subscriptions,
unsubscribe, monthly newsletters and more.
